	Hinged Lid Perhaps the simplest style - and most popular - the hinged lid speaks for itself.  Wilson cases utilize a stainless steel piano hinge for added strength and corrosion resistance.  Non-abrasive nylon trunk stays hold the lid open at just the right height - and won't scratch your equipment when the lid is closed.
	Clamp-on-lid In many situations, it is necessary to remove the entire lid to gain full access to the contents.  And for some items - such as the valve at left - the removable lid is integral to the foam packaging design.   Wilson's extra deep tongue & groove closure and heavy-duty latches keep the lid secure during handling.
	Pull-off-cover Bulky, heavy items are often easier to unpack with our Pull-off-cover option.  Our heavy-duty recessed handles are easy to grasp and padded for comfort.
	Clam Shell For certain large items such as this big screen TV, we make the case easier to open by dividing the cover into two more manageable pieces.  Often, the unit may be operated while resting in the base of the case - eliminating any lifting.
	Ramp A heavy-duty aluminum ramp makes loading items with wheels easy.  With our exclusive honeycomb reinforcements it will easily handle items in excess of 500 pounds.  The ramp swings up easily to store inside the case during transport.
	RackMount Wilson equipment racks are available in virtually any size or configuration.  Our heavy-duty steel rails are pre-tapped to fit industry standard 10-32 machine screws.
	ShockMount For delicate rack mountable equipment, our ShockMount option offers the ultimate in protection.  The inner rack is surrounded by shock-absorbing foam, protecting your valuable gear from impact and vibration.
	TableTop WorkStation Case converts into a functional workstation in minutes.   All the components of a computer workstation - CPU, monitor, printer, keyboard, mouse, and peripherals - may remain connected during transport.  Widely used by our nation's Department of Defense, the TableTop WorkStation is the perfect case when setup time is critical.
	Upright WorkStation Like the TableTop WorkStation, the Upright WorkStation is built for speed - simply remove the lids, connect to power, and you're ready to go.  With heavy-duty casters and a slim profile, it's a natural choice for video-editing, measuring, testing, analyzing, or calibrating operations.

Materials

Wilson LT: Lighter, Tougher

	Wilson LT: Lighter, Tougher.  What is it? The Wilson LT is a strong, durable plastic that replaces heavy wooden sidewalls. It is designed to have the strength of ABS-clad plywood. Uniquely designed with a lightweight polypropylene tri-laminate and a cellular center layer. The center is non-directional - giving it remarkable strength to endure the rigors of shipment over and over again (see specifications). Wilson Case never spares quality - all other materials and craftsmanship standard on our ATA-300 cases are also standard on Wilson LT cases and are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty!
	What will the Wilson LT do for me? SAVE you lots of money, PROTECT your valuable gear, and?it's tough enough to be used over and over again. Its lighter weight makes it even easier to handle. THE SAVINGS?we built a Wilson LT 21" monitor case with inside dimensions of 28"x 29"x 28" - it weighed 35 pounds. The same case made with 3/8" ABS-clad plywood weighed 65 pounds. The Wilson LT was 45% lighter!
	DuraLite cases are built with external hardware - for light transit, carrying cases and in-house use upper-tough Corruplast panels give a substantial reduction in overall weight, while maintaining top-level protection. DuraLite cases carry Wilson's Limited Lifetime Warranty!
	1. Construction Panels    Protective covering; .040 " high impact industrial grade ABS pressure-laminated to 1/4", 3/8", or 1/2" solid-core #1 grade plywood. Also available is the Wilson LT panel - a plastic panel made to be just as tough as our ABS-Clad plywood panel - PLUS - it lowers case weight up to 45%.
	2. Angle Extruded aluminum; 6063 alloy; heat-treated to T-6; sized to case sidewall.
	3. Valance Exceptionally deep tongue-and-groove closure; extruded aluminum 6063 alloy grade; heat treated to T-5; sized to case wall thickness.
	4. Hinge Stainless steel; continuous piano hinge; riveted through double-walled valance every two inches.
	5. Ball Corners 14-gauge plated steel.
	6. Latches Recessed; plated steel; positive action butterfly twist style. Does not require valance to be broken. Hook spans tongue-and-groove to eliminate dust and moisture.
	7. Handles Recessed; plated steel; spring loaded 3/4" diameter rubber grip sleeves.
	8. Rivets Machine-driven; plated steel; spaced a maximum of 3" apart.
